Christmas memories...of school!

Happy memories of school that involve Christmas? BLASPHEMY! But its true! So yeah, what memories do you have of school that involve the holiday everyone(or mostly everyone loves)? Well for me I remember the times we used to prepare the school for the Christmas dance, and we would take the roller carts under the trash cans and race with them in the gym. We would also be there till god knows what time, all dark around us, music blasting. The school, and all schools of course, are damn creepy after hours, but yet so fun.
Another good memory has to be the secret santa we did every(up until 7th grade even!) and I used it as a way to show feelings to this one girl. Ah the festivities, it brings the fun out of us all....you guys?

Well, one Christmas I recieved a cheapo spiral notebook in a sort of bunch of school-related 'Christmas presents' which I then spontaneously used a few minutes later... to sit in the corner of the classroom, ignoring the Christmas party and writing my forst fanfiction ever. Of course, it had more plotholes than a road that just went through a meteor shower and ten-year-old Maxie owning a Groudon in a Master Ball, and this is fifth grade we're talking about, but... still.

My school never really does much for Christmas, and the weeks surrounding Christmas are spent at home anyway. The only memory I can really think of would be a few brief moments of amusement upon realising that so many kids from lower down in the school are willing to queue up in the cold and wet just to receive a small plate of cold turkey, undercooked potatoes and overcooked vegetables, sit in a refectory with 300 other people and listen to the same crappy Christmas songs you hear all through this time of year.
