-improv groups without a website
-improv websites that arent updated it doesnt have to be immediate, but a website advertising a show from last month or even last year is unprofessional
-scenes that should be using chairs that arent

I don't know if this counts as 'theater' per se, but scripts being present in middle-school literary curriculum. Seriously, when they insert play scripts in there the teachers will be tempted to actually use them, and God forbid have the students act them out. Nearly everyone is a terrible actor when you're a middle-schooler in New Jersey. It pains me to watch such perfectly good pieces of stage literature murdered like this.
